Dale is a both a residential and commercial realtor who loves what he does. Born and raised in Victoria, Dale began his real estate career in the lower mainland after graduating from the University of Victoria with a degree in Economics.
After building a very successful real estate career in the Fraser Valley, Dale decided to move back home to Victoria in 1997, where he has continued to excel in the real estate industry.

Dale is a leading, top producing realtor in the Victoria area. Dale’s market knowledge and negotiation skills have proved to be an integral key to his consistently earning the “Platinum” achievement award as a Remax realtor annually and is honored to have obtained the award status of “Presidents Club” with the Victoria Real Estate Board, as well obtaining the “Gold” MLS award each year. In 2010, Dale received the Remax “Lifetime Achievement” award, and became an official accredited Seniors agent (ASA).
