We deliver the highest standard of residential property management services throughout Vancouver and the surrounding cities. Our services are: Rental Property Management, Leasing Services, & Tenant Placement Services. With both management and leasing services, we work for the owners. We’ll list the unit, hold showings, process all applications including in depth screening of any potential tenants, and execute a residential tenancy agreement on the owner’s behalf. For full management, we also will handle all the day-to-day maintenance of the unit and take the place of the owner as the contact person for the tenant to call for any issues/emergencies. We screen tenants to ensure they’re reliable, responsible & respectful citizens and tenants.
